Each academic year starts from June and ends in March of the following year and is divided in to two semesters. First semester starts from June to September and the second from October to March.

Each academic year is divided in to two sessions and the first session has two Periodic Test assessments, Note book Submission and Subject Enrichment followed by the main assessment and the same will be repeated in the second session too. The marks of all assessments along with the co and extracurricular activities altogether will consider for the promotions to the next higher classes. For the benefits of children regular revision, unit test and class tests also will be conducted apart from those examinations in each class.

Those who have not satisfactorily secure the required marks and grades as per the school rules will be detained in the same class. The school authorities reserves the right to dismiss the students whose progress in the studies is inconsistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students and the school and whose parents are not showing any interest in their progress in studies. The decision of the school authorities shall be final in this regard and no appeal will be permitted under any circumstances.

All the parents must strictly follow all the rules, regulations and conditions stipulated by the school authorities for them. The Management reserves the right to add, delete or change any or all matter of information mentioned in the school prospectus without notice.
