The school has adopted quarterly fee structure to pay the tuition fee and one academic year is divided in to four quarterly terms. The tuition fee has to be paid on or before 10th of June for Term 1, 10^th of August for Term 2, 10^th of October for Term 3 and 10^th of January for Term 4 as the case may be. A fine will be charged for the delayed payment of every week subsequent to the payment date till end of the month.

If the default of payment continues 15 more days after the date of payment with fine, the name of the student may be removed from the rolls without any notice and the students whose names are thus removed have to seek special permission from the school authorities for the re admission and have to pay the fees prescribed for the same along with all the dues.

The result and the progress report will be withheld by the school those who have not cleared all the fees and any dues pending in the academic year.
